Executive Functioning describes one's ability plan, organize, prioritize, focus, follow directions, and much more. These skills are located in the prefrontal cortex of our brains, and act as a sort of director for many other brain functions.

This service is designed for ages 12 and older to address and strengthen an individual's executive functioning skills. By learning to better organize, plan, and prioritize an adolescent or young adult can experience greater success in school and beyond!
